Our Emerald Bay tours start at 2 hours, but we also offer 3, 4, 5, and 6-hour private charters. It typically takes 20–25 minutes to reach Emerald Bay from Tahoe Keys Marina.

Can we get off the boat at Vikingsholm or Fannette Island?

Yes—at Vikingsholm, guests may get off the boat to walk around the beach area or use the restroom if they’d like.

At Fannette Island, the only way to reach the island is by swimming from the boat. We allow this if conditions are safe, but the boat cannot dock or tie up on the island.

Is swimming allowed during the tour?

Yes—swimming is allowed and can be added to your experience. Swim stops do take time away from visiting additional locations, but we fully customize the itinerary based on what your group wants to do, time permitting.
