Efoil use is limited to guests ages 18 and older; minors are welcome aboard the charter but may not participate in the efoil activity.

Depending on conditions and the route you choose, your trip can still include iconic Tahoe sights like Emerald Bay. When we reach a calm area that makes sense for efoiling, we’ll anchor up and guests can take turns riding.

Available On 4-Hour And 6-Hour Charters
Our efoil add-on is available only on 4-hour and 6-hour private charters.
We do not offer it on shorter charters because there simply is not enough time to enjoy both the boating experience and the efoil portion without making the trip feel rushed.
When booking through this page, the efoil cost is already built into the charter price you see. The efoil experience adds $500 to the base charter rate.
About The Efoil
We provide a Waydoo Flyer EVO Max Plus, which is a really nice setup for guests who are newer to efoiling.
One of the reasons we chose this board is because it is more approachable than some of the smaller, more advanced setups out there. It has a stable feel, is well-suited for beginners, and includes rider-assist features that can help make the learning curve a little less intimidating for first-timers.
We also carry an extra battery, which gives your group plenty of ride time throughout the charter. That means you can enjoy the full experience without feeling like everyone has to rush through quick turns.
Good For First-Timers, With Realistic Expectations
This is a great option for adventurous beginners, but we also want to set the right expectations.
We’re happy to provide some general guidance to help you get started, but this is not a formal in-water lesson. We do not provide hands-on in-water instruction or assisted coaching while you ride.
For many guests, that works perfectly well, especially with a beginner-friendly board. But if someone is specifically looking for a full lesson with dedicated step-by-step instruction, this may not be the best fit.
